Senator Halford, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
Resources Committee referral be waived on HOUSE JOINT                          
RESOLUTION NO. 22 Relating to the maritime boundary between                    
Alaska and the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.  Without            
objection, the resolution was referred to the Rules Committee.
